Joe applies for a position at Home Depot. During the interview, the interviewer suspects that Joe is gay. When asked why the suspicion, the interviewer says that Joe acted effeminately. Home Depot does not hire Joe even though he is qualified for the position. Does Joe have a cause of action against Home Depot if he sues them? Why or why not?
